PURCHASING POLICIES


ETINOR GLOBAL products and services will be provided to the general public, who are willing to purchase the products and / or service policy and meet each and every one of the following requirements:

ETINOR GLOBAL SERVICES


Through ETINOR GLOBAL our customers will have:


Access to a wide variety of products for identification, through labels in various materials displayed on the platform, technology for label printing, equipment for reading and capturing variable information, repair services for printers and warranty extension policies; some accessories for printing and application of labels and design software. In addition to the possibility of acquiring printing services by personalized design.


To purchase ETINOR GLOBAL products and/or services, the contracting party must follow the following steps:

3. Once the products have been selected, you must indicate the address to deliver the selected products.


4. Once the payment has been made, you must indicate if you want an invoice and specify the required fiscal data and an email account if you wish to receive the document in pdf and xml formats, otherwise you can download them directly from the SAT platform. We suggest you validate twice before continuing the process since we do not re-invoice due to errors in the information provided. The shipping period for invoices is 2 to 3 business days.


5. The products purchased will be delivered to the address indicated in accordance with the delivery policies of each service selected by the user and registered on our platform.

SERVICE CONDITIONS


The main objective of ETINOR GLOBAL is to commercialize products and/or services to the users of the ETINOR GLOBAL platform that allows them to grow their business opportunities and make their operations more efficient with the identification of their products or processes through our labels and printing ribbons, supported by the technology to print, read and capture variable information.


ETINOR GLOBAL is not responsible for claims by the contracting party and/or user derived from improper use or improper storage of the products purchased through our platform. In the case of printing technology products, reading, capture, software and label applicators; each product contains instructions and/or user manual so that the user can handle it safely and correctly; it is the user's responsibility to read and follow the instructions for the correct handling and operation of the product purchased.


In the case of consumables, labels and ribbons, it is suggested to store them in the box that contains them and in a dry environment.


ETINOR GLOBAL reserves the right to refuse the provision of the service to any person who intentionally or by omission, provides false or incomplete information that could compromise the security of the service provided. Likewise, ETINOR GLOBAL reserves the right to refuse service to any user who has purchased products and/or services from ETINOR GLOBAL in the past and who has failed to comply with the Terms and Conditions herein stipulated; in such cases ETINOR GLOBAL will give notice to the contracting party about the reasons for the refusal to provide the service. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY


ETINOR GLOBAL will not be responsible for the improper use or mishandling of its products by a user. Each user is responsible for reading and complying with the safety manuals and instructions provided in relation to the products purchased, as well as keeping them stored in the conditions suggested in the first sections (dry environment and in a closed box).


ETINOR GLOBAL informs that:


1. It is a manufacturer of the products it offers in the category of labels, RFID tags and print ribbons, except those expressing "Zebra" in the brand section of the special RFID sub-category.


2. It is not a manufacturer of the products it offers in the category of printers, printheads, readers, mobile computing, dispensers, price tags, software, extended warranty policies and plastic fasteners.


3. We provide the products and / or preventive maintenance service of the same, under express certification of the manufacturer brands.


4. It is not responsible for the abuse or improper use that the user makes with the product purchased.


5. It is not responsible for accidents that could be generated by the use of the products purchased through ETINOR GLOBAL.


6. It is the user's responsibility to follow the guidelines and instructions for use of each product purchased.


7. The user is responsible for notifying ETINOR GLOBAL in case of receiving a damaged product or in bad condition, so we suggest that you check the product at the time you receive it at the address indicated for delivery.


8. The user is responsible for providing complete and accurate information regarding the address and delivery contact.


9. At ETINOR GLOBAL we have a quality system for all our processes.


10. SERVICE


The service is exclusive in the Mexican Republic, according to Mexico City time (GMT-5).


The user must request the products in advance of the date you want to be delivered, in order to have these in the optimum time (subject to the time indicated by the parcel system depending on the federal entity of delivery).


The user, at the time of registration on our website must indicate an address for the delivery of our products. In case the user requires an additional quotation or advice should write directly to the customer service email online@etinorglobal.com so that our team can evaluate your request individually and providing an answer through the same means within 24 hours after we receive the email with the request.


If you need the delivery of the products outside the business hours provided by ETINOR GLOBAL or on a non-business day according to the Federal Labor Law, you may be subject to an extra fee or denied service in accordance with the policy of the parcel services used in our site etinorglobal.com.


SERVICE RESTRICTIONS


ETINOR GLOBAL reserves the right at all times to deny service in whole or in part to any user who misuses the service or who fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions or the ETINOR GLOBAL Privacy Notice.

REPLACEMENT, REFUND, PENALTY AND CANCELLATION OF THE SERVICE.


If for any reason ETINOR GLOBAL is unable to deliver the selected product previously paid for, you will be notified and a full refund will be provided.


In case of dissatisfaction with the products received you must notify ETINOR GLOBAL at the time of delivery of the product and pointing out the causes of dissatisfaction via email to online@etinorglobal.com or phone 55 5354-1739.


In case of accepting the products at the time of delivery, it will be understood as a tacit waiver of the right to any refund.


CANCELLATION POLICY BY THE USER


In ETINOR GLOBAL we know and understand that there may be changes of plans, so we offer you a friendly and flexible cancellation policy.


If you cancel the sale of the ordered products, you will receive a refund as follows: REFUNDABLE will be made after notification and collection of the products purchased, subject to the assessment of the service department of the status of the product to be canceled and making the penalty of 14% of the total amount for the charge of the use of the payment platform, with a period not exceeding 5 days after the purchase.
